- Space for the Start-up Units seat basis. Initially 144 seats are being offered on lease basis.
These space will be available on Lease basis .
- Shaded walkway for a 1 KM distance will be ready by August 2019.
- 2.5 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant (Waste Water Management through CSIR-NEERI).
- Implementation of RFID at the Rear and Kadaperi Gate.
