ORDER
The twelfth report of Second Administrative Reforms Commission "Citizen Centric Administration emphasizes for an effective Public Grievances Redressel System to spell out the remedy / penalty / compensation in case there is a default in attending to any Public Grievances of the citizens. Therefore, in order to implement the Citizen's Charter effectively as prescribed in the Twelfth Report of Second Administrative Reforms Commission, it has been decided that Smt. F. Deborah Initha, Dy. Development Commissioner of this office will function as the "Public Grievances Redressal Officer" (PGRO) with immediate effect.
In case of any specific grievances, the PGRO may be contacted in person between 3.00 p.m to 4.00 p.m. on every Wednesday in her office. On all other working days grievances, if any, may be dropped in the Grievances box placed in the entrance of the Admin Building of DC's Office. It may be noted that the grievances petition should contain clearly the name of the complainant and address, phone number etc. It may also by noted that no anonymous letter / petition will be entertained.

A grievance box may be placed at the entrance of the Admin Building of DC's office and display boards in this regard may be erected in the vantage points of Admin Building. |
