As you are aware, M/s. NDML (NSDL Database Management Limited) has already conducted the training for implementation of SEZ Online Project in MEPZ-SEZ from 7^th December to 9^th December 2009. During the training programme, it was informed to the participants that the unit may create the user id and password and thereafter submit the details in the prescribed format available on the web module for regularisation of the unit in the website ‘www.sezonline-ndml.com”, Except MEPZ-SEZ, all other Government SEZs are on the verge of completion of making transactions online.

2. The response from the MEPZ SEZ units has been not very forthcoming. To ensure that the SEZ online project takes off smoothly:-

(i) The units shall create the user id and password and shall submit the

details for regularisation on or before 14.7.2010.

(ii) The NSDL personnel will be available in MEPZ-SEZ office from 12^th July

to 16^th July 2010 through the day. The units are requested to nominate

their authorised signatories/custom house agents with details of LOA,

approval date, expiry date, items approved for manufacture and other

details during the above mentioned period and register themselves with

NSDL for online registration.

3. NDML will levy charges to the users of the system at the rates, which have been agreed upon by the MOC,&I & NDML by an MOU entered between them. The amount to be paid and the method of payments to be made are available on the above mentioned website, i.e., www.sezonline-ndml.com .
